Sonja Zierke, Head of People Operations at Jordan Digital Marketing, applies her experience as a working mom and military spouse to the everyday initiative of making JDM a better place to work for all of its team members, regardless of title or location. Sonja has a wealth of experience in executive administrative and office management roles, but she pivoted to HR full-time upon joining JDM in May of 2021 and has since helped the company adopt and refine its hiring, onboarding, retention, and development practices to accommodate a fully remote workforce. Sonja earned her PHR certification in June 2022.
