Per U.S. federal and state laws, Jordan Digital Marketing LLC (hereinafter “Jordan Digital Marketing) has this Privacy Policy. Jordan Digital Marketing provide webinars and business consultation services (collectively “Services”). We are not information brokers and do not randomly sell our client’s information to parties unaffiliated with us. We may, as you may agree to, from time to time share your information to close affiliates who we believe will be relevant to your needs and interests. 2. Social Marketing Information Collection

From time to time, we may acquire information via social Marketing platforms, such as, but not limited to, Facebook, LinkedIn, Bark, and other entities. In such cases we will provide you with an opt out of our sharing the information we collect with third parties, or a opt out entirely where we will not store your information nor utilize it.

Should you permit your information to be collected, we will not share it with unaffiliated third parties, but rather will use it for our marketing and advertisement services. From time to time, this may include utilizing such information via social platforms, such as, but not limited to the aforementioned Facebook, LinkedIn, Bark, and other social Marketing entities. Should you determine that this is unacceptable you may notify us and we will promptly cease and desist form sharing, collecting, or otherwise, handling your information, to the fullest extent possible.

When you browse the Jordan Digital Marketing website, information on you and your activities may be collected, including ‘heat map’ tracking, account information, interests in the Jordan Digital Marketing website, and other information relating to your activities.

Jordan Digital Marketing may collect your email, name, age, state of residence, and business information. Jordan Digital Marketing may also collect information related to the device(s) used to access our website and application, user tasks completed within the application, webinars accessed and completed, user activities, and monitor or retain awareness of user performance on modules and activities. As such we will not be liable for any data or personal information that may be exposed on third-party platforms. When you click on links on our website and/or application, they may direct you away from our site. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. Our Application does not receive or transmit your financial or personal information.

Residents of the European Union may contact us and request a copy of their information. You may request deletion of such information. We do not collect information that is religious, political, or otherwise requires an E.U. point of contact or a Data Point of Contact.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. If our Application is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell services to you.
