Per U.S. federal and state laws, Jordan Digital Marketing LLC (hereinafter “Jordan Digital Marketing) has this Privacy Policy. We suggest you, the user, read this policy and if you have questions, reach out and inquire as needed. When possible and practicable we follow state, federal, and international law.

1.     SERVICES

Jordan Digital Marketing provide webinars and business consultation services (collectively “Services”). We are not information brokers and do not randomly sell our client’s information to parties unaffiliated with us. We may, as you may agree to, from time to time share your information to close affiliates who we believe will be relevant to your needs and interests. 2.     SOCIAL MARKETING INFORMATION COLLECTION

From time to time, we may acquire information via social Marketing platforms, such as, but not limited to, Facebook, LinkedIn, Bark, and other entities. In such cases we will provide you with an opt out of our sharing the information we collect with third parties, or a opt out entirely where we will not store your information nor utilize it.

Should you permit your information to be collected, we will not share it with unaffiliated third parties, but rather will use it for our marketing and advertisement services. From time to time, this may include utilizing such information via social platforms, such as, but not limited to the aforementioned Facebook, LinkedIn, Bark, and other social Marketing entities. This information may include your name, email, and other information relating to you.

Should you determine that this is unacceptable you may notify us and we will promptly cease and desist form sharing, collecting, or otherwise, handling your information, to the fullest extent possible.

3.     COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

When you browse the Jordan Digital Marketing website, information on you and your activities may be collected, including ‘heat map’ tracking, account information, interests in the Jordan Digital Marketing website, and other information relating to your activities.

Jordan Digital Marketing may collect your email, name, age, state of residence, and business information. Jordan Digital Marketing may also collect information related to the device(s) used to access our website and application, user tasks completed within the application, webinars accessed and completed, user activities, and monitor or retain awareness of user performance on modules and activities. This information will be used solely for better developing our website and application to provide better services to consumers, such as yourself.

4.     WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION

When applicable your e-mail that you provide to us may be utilized for our marketing purposes.

We may provide your e-mail to entities that are related to our business, contact you to make you aware of specials, deals, and other opportunities, and may sell such e-mail to business partners. This is unrelated to the Section 2 Social Marketing information, which will not be sold to third parties.

Additional information may be collected through tracking beacons, cookies, and retargeting applications, which will follow you after you leave our Website and provide information to our marketing partners.

Such information may be transmitted and assist our marketing partners and us in enhancing the advertisements you see.

Your name, phone, and other information may also be shared from time to time on an as needed basis.

When you provide us with personal information for a specific purpose you consent to our collecting such information and our using it for that purpose as well as other, future and unidentified purposes.

The website and application, as stated above, may utilize a variety of trackers, retargeting apps, beacons, and permit third parties to plant cookies or other third party provided materials. Such third-party materials may have built in trackers, broadcasting materials, scraping programs, or other programs that are not covered by this Policy. The data shared via such third parties shall be limited solely to what is required for the operation of such materials. The purpose of the materials is to assess the website and application, receive feedback, and make adjustments and alterations to provide a better experience for consumers.

8.     THIRD-PARTY ENTITIES

Should you leave our website or application, or you are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy. As such we will not be liable for any data or personal information that may be exposed on third-party platforms. When you click on links on our website and/or application, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and strongly encourage you to read their privacy statements.

9.     SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. Our Application does not receive or transmit your financial or personal information.

10.  CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

California law permits residents of California to request certain details about how their information is used, stored, and shared. If you are a California resident, you may have certain rights. Should you issue a request for us to delete or limit our activities with your information we may suspend or delete your account out of necessity in order to abide by your request. Any request will be acknowledged within 10 business days and fulfilled within 60 days. In the event that you are in a state with the same or similar laws to the CCPA, we will do our best to honor that state’s requirements. Please send us a note identifying what state you are a resident of, the applicable statute or regulation, and your request under such statute or regulation.

11.  E.U. RESIDENTS AND THE GDPR

Residents of the European Union may contact us and request a copy of their information. You may request deletion of such information. We do not collect information that is religious, political, or otherwise requires an E.U. point of contact or a Data Point of Contact.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. If our Application is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell services to you.
