Client Background
LinkSquares is an AI-powered, all-in-one B2B contract lifecycle management platform that covers the signing process, analytics, and automation across departments.
Challenge
We sought to strategize and develop new content that would be easy to digest for AI search models and establish LinkSquares as a citable authority in answers to relevant prompts.Strategy
Our initial strategy, informed by internal LLM visibility best practices, LLM competitive research, and alignment of content with purchase intent, included:
- Analyzing LinkSquares’ LLM and AI visibility and citation metrics to discover that competitors like Ironclad and DocuSign were being referenced more often in LLMs for “best contract management software” and comparison “vs” queries.
- Using factual, keyword-rich language that describes LinkSquares’ differentiators in a way LLMs can easily interpret and rephrase.
- Using balanced neutral phrasing for comparisons to earn LLM trust.
- Using proper schema markup to help LLMs organize and read the content.
- Adding internal linking to relevant pages that reinforce topical authority.
- Designing content to capture mid- to bottom-funnel intent. Users searching for “alternatives” or “best software for (xyz)” are typically evaluating vendors and narrowing down decisions. The content outlined clear value comparisons and context on why a user might choose LinkSquares over other options.
The output from this strategy was this new content piece, which has led to the following organic placements:

ChatGPT prompt response:
